Phase 1.2 Lottery

 For all Runway Phase 1.2 lottery information, please visit the Summit Combined Housing Authority's (SCHA) website. They will be the entity running the lottery and publishing the results.

The Summit School District lottery opens Oct. 9th and closes Oct. 15th.

​

The Public lottery opens Oct. 16th and closes the 22nd.

Three and four bedroom single-family homes; some with garages and/or accessory dwelling units.

Duplexes

Paired residences with garages.

Townhomes

Townhomes with storage areas and shared surface parking 

Community Open Space

Shared neighborhood features with park areas, trails and dog parks and more.
